German Services, Inc. provides the following services:

•  Personal and complete property management
•  Inspect and watch your property
•  Disburse payments for all bills
•  Oversee lawn and pool service
•  Prepare your property for your arrival and close after your departure (purchase groceries, have your car or boat, etc.)
•  Airport Service (to/from Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Fort Myers)
•  Contact person for your guests, family, friends, or renters:
   For check in and check out, assist with questions and problems, arrange for cleaning, airport service.
•  Supervise any maintenance/repairs needed
•  Secure property if desired, when hurricane is threatening (Hurricane season is from June 1st through November 30th.) 

Additional Services:

• Assistance for German speaking people who would like to get their Florida Driver’s License
• Perform wedding ceremonies
